Prestige Shipping Solutions is third party freight company that engages in package and mail forwarding which began operations in March 2024. We provide services both to individuals and businesses.
Once you have completed our registration process, you will be issued a shipping/mailing address in the United States, to which all packages should be shipped. Packages will then be shipped to Jamaica thrice weekly – on Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday following which they will be available for customer pick-up the following day.

Sending Packages with Prestige Shipping Solutions is easy, follow the three easy steps and you’re on your way:

  1. Sign up today and get your free US mailbox address and Reference number.
  2. Shop online using the provided US mailbox address and Reference ID. When your purchase is complete, upload your invoice (Login to the dashboard) choose delivery options (Store pickup, for Delivery option choose Home or Office delivery)
  3. We will notify you each step of the way
    • As soon as we receive your package in our Miami warehouse
    • When your package is on its way to Jamaica
    • When your package arrives in the island
    • And when your package is ready for delivery
    We will keep you informed about your shipment and delivery.

Air packages usually takes 3-5 days to get to Jamaica it there is no delay with the flight. Sea packages usually 7-10 business days. As soon as we receive your packages at our warehouse facility, we immediately prepare them for freight to Jamaica. Please ensure that the correct mailbox address and customer ID number is used when purchasing online.

Customs Duties are charged on packages exceeding USD$50 in value. The duty rates are applied based on customs tariff codes which is applied by the Customs officer processing the shipment. For more information please visit Jamaica Customs Website

Freight is calculated based on the shipping weight of the item as well as any other customs charge for items US$50 and over.

The exchange rate is based on the Bank of Jamaica (BOJ) daily exchange rate on any given day.

The payment methods are cash, credit cards or debit cards and online payment.

  1. Yes as soon as we receive your package at our Miami warehouse an email will be sent to you as a pre-alert to inform you that we have received the package.
  2. Once the package has arrived in Jamaica another email will be sent to you alerting you of its arrival.
  3. As soon as the package has been processed at the airport in Kingston, another email will be sent to notify you that the process is completed.
  4. The final email will be sent once your package is at our pick up location and is ready to be collected, along with any outstanding balances.
